Minimum Record for a Published Story
A publishable customer account should have the original statement, the source or permission record, the date received, the approved attribution, and confirmation that location or personal details may be shared.
Separate Observation from Endorsement
A photograph can document where light appeared. It does not prove a health, safety, developmental, product-performance, or emotional-benefit claim. Captions should describe what is visible and identify who made the observation.
